We are looking for interested candidates with sales and customer service experiences to conduct face-to-face marketing and donor acquisitions for one of our clients. Full and paid training in donor acquisition will be provided.


Job Type:


  • Full Time

  • Must be available Monday to Friday

  • Weekend availabilities provided to trained candidates

  • Must be able to work for at least 4-5 days, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 12:30 PM and 8:30 PM.


Requirements:


  • Customer service or sales experience is an asset

  • Strong verbal communication skills in the English language

  • Willingness to interact daily with clients/donors from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds

  • Must be comfortable working independently and making minor decisions without direct supervision

  • Good sense of organization and keen attention to detail

  • Knowledge of customer service best practices and desire to participate in trainings and professional development

  • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced working environment

  • A customer service “superstar”

  • History of reliability and dependability

  • Strong ability to communicate over the phone

  • Someone who’s not afraid to do donor acquisitions, community fundraising, corporate events, malls, booths

Role Description:


  • The candidate will work on amazing humanitarian projects, fundraising, corporate events, malls, booths, speak with clients/donors and the public within communities, and verify donor information

  • Develop a rapport with clients, demonstrating a friendly and helpful manner to put them at ease

  • Maintain a neat and clean appearance to represent a positive image of the organization and its brand at all times

  • Participate in training and professional development and put new skills to immediate and meaningful use

  • Foster a positive and pleasant working relationship with members of the customer service sales team

  • Familiarize self with current information about projects and campaigns

  • Accurately record customer demographics, or other information digitally or in written form
